1.1. Engenie OÜ does not perform warranty repair. The repair is done by the authorised service centres. In case is the appliance has not such service centre, Engenie OÜ acts as an intermediary between the repair centre of the supplier (importer) and the client.

1.2. An invoice issued by Engenie OÜ and the defected appliance is the basis for performing warranty repair, whereas the serial number of the appliance should not be damaged. If the serial number of the appliance is damaged or impossible to read, the service centre or Engenie OÜ retains the right to reject warranty repair.


2.1. The warranty period starts at the date of delivering goods to the client as stated in the invoice.

2.2. The period of warranty, as well as the periods of responding and servicing is set by the supplier.

2.3. In case if the product has a warranty certificate (filled in or not filled in) added to it, the certificate should be kept.


3.1. The warranty repair is performed at the service centre. In case of absence of the authorised warrant repair centre, the warranty is executed by the supplier (importer) or directly by the manufacturer through the intermediary of the Engenie OÜ.

3.2. The client should deliver the faulty product to the authorised service centre or to the Engenie OÜ office. The delivery of the faulty computer facilities to the office of Engenie OÜ for the warranty service and back to the client is paid by the client. Except cases when the appliance is under on-site warranty, when the warranty repair is being performed at the location of the appliance.

3.3. If the repair is not possible or the manufacturing of the given model of the appliance is terminated, then the supplier or the manufacturer shall replace the product with the one of the same type with the same features or better.

3.4. When the product is on the warranty service, it is not being replaced by another appliance.


4.1. Worn out parts of the product (accumulators, carbon-black cartridges, printing heads, floppy disks, CD-disks, mousepad, etc.) as well as packaging and documentation;

4.2. Information on the data carrier. Making of back up copies is a responsibility of the client;

4.3. Software installed on the purchased product, as well as problem arising from the usage of it;

4.4. Usage and physical damages arising from the intentional or accidental physical impact or due to alien object, liquids, bugs, excessive dust, etc. got into the appliance;

4.5. Usage and physical damages arising from the circuit faults, power supply breakage or voltage jump;

4.6. Usage or physical damages resulting from usage of inappropriate components or differing from the original ones;

4.7. Maintenance problems resulting from inappropriate usage of the appliance and violation of the maintenance instructions (usage of the appliance in other circumstances than usual ones).
